  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Pizza Lived Up to the Hype — And the Hospitality Was Even Better! I had heard SO much about Giordano’s from one of my colleagues. She kept telling me how amazing their pizza was and, most importantly, that there was NO WAY I would be able to finish it! 😂 She talked about it so much that I finally said, “Alright, I have to see what the big deal is!” I’m a flight crew member from Canada, so when I finally got a layover in Chicago, my first stop had to be Giordano’s. I came ready to take on this famous pizza challenge! When I got there, I mentioned that I had heard nothing but great things about their pizza. To my surprise, the gentleman taking care of my order was Giordano himself! From the beginning, he made the experience memorable. He explained that the pizza would take a little while because of how thick it is, which I completely understood. While I was waiting outside, Giordano himself came out and surprised me with a complimentary burger and some absolutely delicious fries! That was truly the icing on the cake. Customer service and genuine hospitality like that are extremely rare these days, and it made a huge impression on me. This all happened on August 6, 2026. I know I’m a little late writing this review, but there was no way I could let that experience go without giving Giordano and his restaurant the recognition they deserve. Now, let’s get to what everybody really wants to know… Did the pizza live up to the hype? ABSOLUTELY. 🔥🍕 Was I able to finish it? Well… DAMN. 😂 She was right! I couldn’t finish the damn thing! Now, in my defense, maybe that burger and those fries Giordano gave me beforehand had something to do with it! 😂 But either way, the pizza was AMAZING — honestly, even better than I expected. It absolutely lived up to everything I had heard about it. I would definitely recommend Giordano’s to anyone visiting Chicago. Great food, incredible hospitality, and an experience I won’t forget. As for me, I have some unfinished business! I’ll have to come back on an EMPTY stomach and take on that pizza challenge one more time. 😂🍕 Giordano, thank you again for the incredible hospitality. This Canadian flight crew member will definitely be back very soon! 🇨🇦✈️🍕 5 stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Visited Giordano’s in Rosemont—so worth the wait! The place was buzzing, lively, and packed, but the energy was amazing. Staff were super friendly, especially Monica, who made us feel right at home. We grabbed a seat at the bar while waiting, and the kitchen even put on a little show, which was fun. The deep dish pizza was out of this world—flavor explosion in every bite! The 6” personal size was perfect for two, no leftovers. Mozzarella triangles were a tasty bonus. Parking was a bit tight, but manageable. Suggestion? Arrive early or hit the bar for a quicker spot. Price was fair for the quality—no complaints here!

  It’s Giordano’s for goodness sake! An older school Chicago pizza place look and atmosphere! You’ll love it! Their garlic cheesy bread & sauce makes a great apprised or meal accompaniment. Newbies: grab an appetizer or your best conversational friends- you are going to wait, especially for deep dish! This ain’t no fast food joint - and thank God for that! You want fast - go to McDonalds next door while the rest of us savor the moments in Italian culinary heaven! You came for great food, great pie, and great atmosphere? You picked the right place. Weather permitting - outdoor seating is available. What’s amatta wit you? Get in here and grab a spot!

  I placed an online order for pizza and wings from the Giordano’s location on Higgins Road in Rosemont. The pizza order included two toppings, and I selected two toppings from the available options when I placed the order. However, when I brought the order home and opened the pizza box, I found that I had received only a plain cheese pizza with none of the toppings I had selected. I immediately called the store to report the issue. The employee told me that their system showed that I had ordered only a cheese pizza. I explained that I had specifically selected two toppings from the available topping options when placing the online order. I then asked to speak with the manager, Shana H. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful during the conversation. Instead of listening to my concern or trying to resolve the issue, she continuously blamed me and insisted that I had placed the order incorrectly. I repeatedly explained that I had selected two toppings, but she did not give me an opportunity to properly explain what happened. She was very dismissive and unprofessional, and ultimately hung up the phone on me without allowing me to finish the conversation. I understand that mistakes can happen with online orders, and I was simply trying to explain the problem and find a reasonable solution. However, the way I was treated by the manager was completely unacceptable. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, even when there is a disagreement about an order. I am requesting that this incident be taken seriously and that appropriate action be taken regarding the manager’s behavior. I would also appreciate a review of my online order and the two toppings I selected so that this issue can be properly addressed.

  Brittany made our first Chicago deep-dish experience something we’ll genuinely never forget. My brother and I happened to be in Chicago at the same time for completely different reasons, and we decided to meet up at Giordano’s and finally try deep dish for the first time. Brittany was our server, and she was absolutely amazing from the moment we sat down. She recommended the pizza, took great care of us, and somehow made the whole experience feel so much more personal than just going out for dinner. What really stood out was how authentic, warm, and genuinely fun she was. We ended up chatting with her throughout the meal, and it felt like we were catching up with someone we’d known for years rather than meeting someone for the first time. Neither of us is from Chicago, but Brittany made the place feel strangely familiar and welcoming. The food was great, but Brittany is what we’ll remember most about this visit. People like her are what turn a restaurant stop into a memory. Giordano’s is lucky to have her. Brittany, if you ever see this: thank you for being exactly who you are. You deserve every good thing that comes your way. We hope we get to see you again the next time we’re in Chicago!
