  We originally just stopped by to kill some time while waiting for an appointment, but we ended up having an absolute blast! The food came out incredibly fast and was genuinely delicious. The highlight for the kids was definitely the human crane! Our local Dave & Buster's location doesn't have it, so this was a brand-new experience for them! They loved being the "claw" and we ended up having to stuff a bunch of giant inflatables into the car afterward. There was so much for the kids to do that it was almost impossible to get them to leave. We will definitely be back!

  5 stars! We were in Rosemont for Fan Expo and decided to stop by Dave & Buster’s while we were in town. We ended up having an awesome time! We played a bunch of games and then spent some time relaxing at the bar. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, and just an all-around fun place. We also had the chance to meet one of the managers, Pano, who was a lot of fun and made us feel right at home. We got to talking and found out he was from Florida too, which made our visit even more memorable. We had a great experience and will definitely be back the next time we’re in Rosemont for an event. Highly recommend this location!

  5 stars! We had such a great time at Dave & Buster’s in Rosemont. The atmosphere was fun, the staff was friendly, and we really enjoyed our visit. A special shoutout to the manager, Pano, who was so friendly, entertaining, and made us feel genuinely welcome. He took the time to interact with us and made our experience even more enjoyable. Great customer service like that is the reason we will definitely be coming back!

  Terrible service, waitress charged us a 45% tip without our knowledge. After playing some games we came back and waited to be seated at a bay to play darts, asked the host as was seating a while after we waited for the bay to clear. She seated us then said waitress would be with us shortly. We waited around for about 20 minutes. Tried to order at the bar but the bartender interrogated us and refused to give us a food order because the waitress was supposed to serve us. We told her it had been 20-25 minutes without a waitress and she accused us of seating ourselves. Eventually we got the darts to start working after bothering the host 2 more times. Waited another 25ish minutes before waitress came by to get food and drink order. By the time we could eat and start drinking again the darts time ran out. Overall staff is negligent and sassy.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Such a Fun Mom & Son Night at Dave & Buster’s Rosemont! We had such a great experience at Dave & Buster’s in Rosemont! I took my 12-year-old son for a mom-and-son evening out, and we honestly had a blast from start to finish. We opted for the $55 unlimited gaming option, and it was absolutely worth it for us. My son definitely made the most of it, playing many of his favorite games multiple times. His absolute favorite was the Human Crane — that was definitely one of the highlights of the night! We also spent some time playing darts together, which made the evening even more fun and gave us a chance to actually play something together instead of just watching him run from game to game. 😂 The food was fresh, filling, and really good. We shared a Caesar salad, nachos, and wings, and it was more than enough for us. The entire facility was clean and well maintained, and the service was excellent. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a perfect place for a fun mom-and-son night out. Great food, tons of entertainment, excellent service, and most importantly, my son had an amazing time. We made some great memories and will definitely be back! ❤️🎮🎯 10/10 experience for us! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
