  My family and I went there last night to celebrate a birthday, and we had such a great time! As vegetarians, we ordered the mac & cheese, chips with guacamole and spinach dip, the 3-cheese flatbread pizza, and a few drinks. Everything was delicious, and the service was fast and friendly. There were 17 of us, and everyone had an amazing time. After dinner, we spent a few hours playing games. The game area is huge, with plenty of options for both adults and kids, making it a perfect place for family gatherings or celebrations. Overall, it was a fun-filled evening, and we'd definitely love to visit again!

  The host Alexandra is the worst!!! She is so rude and discriminated against us! She purposely made me and my kids stand there and wait a long time and let other people behind me get a table. I was the only one left standing and when I asked her why she won’t call my name she gave me an attitude. There were tons of empty tables and people behind me all got a table. I had to talk to a manager to finally sit down. If the host thinks she can get away with this she miscalculated. I’m an attorney and I need to set an example to my kids so they know they should stand up against discrimination. I will not tolerate this kind of behavior and I will file discrimination complaints with all relevant authorities.

  I recently stopped into Dave & Buster's Rosemont for the first time, and it was such a fun surprise. The place was clean, the games were in great shape, and there was a really good energy throughout. What stood out the most was the manager. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and had a great sense of humor that made everyone feel welcome. It's not often you come across someone who genuinely seems to enjoy interacting with guests. Between the great service, food, and atmosphere, I'll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend checking it out!

  I have been coming here for years and I wanted to say that it has been overall a postive experience.😁 After a hard week of work we've came today had a amazing teriyaki steak and some delish boneless chicken with sweet potato fries with my literal favorite of all time drink "The Dangerous Waters" has made this day so much nicer and relaxing. And the servers sal, Michelle, and my boii edgar has been a big help being attentive to my significant other allergies also this guy makes the best milkshakes 👍👍 The games are pretty cool even though they took away my favorite the DC injustice game the rest are still pretty awesome and fun.💯 Really brings out the kid in you.

  ​"I am absolutely disappointed with the service we received last night at Dave and Buster's here in Rosemont for the UFC 250 fights. We reserved a VIP area for our group of over 15 people, including children, but we were completely neglected upon arrival. It took forever to get a server, drinks consistently took 15 to 30 minutes to arrive, and the food arrived cold. One person in our party waited over an hour and a half for their burger. Many of our guests took time off or rearranged their schedules to attend, only to experience frustrating, poor service. We repeatedly tried to speak with a manager, but were entirely ignored, and to make matters worse, we were charged an automatic gratuity for the large group despite the terrible service. Not one person in our group would have had a problem if it wasnt for the absolute disregard for our group as a whole with their service. The management needs to significantly improve their service to prevent future disappointments." Who would I need to talk to about this?
