  The food here was amazing! Games were very fun, I came with my two kids. Manager Sal checked on us and was a very fun guy to talk to, I would definitely come back here again.

  Fun fun fun and you can have parties here. Shuffleboard and video games and so much nostalgia here. Great fun deals too. And yummy food.

  I recently visited Dave & Buster’s and overall the games and atmosphere were fun. Unfortunately, the experience was brought down by how a situation was handled by staff. My dad went to order a beer but didn’t have his ID on him, so they didn’t serve him, which I completely understand and respect. Later on, when I tried to order a drink for myself, the waitress was quite rude and assumed I might be trying to give it to him. She made a comment about taking the drink away if she “caught” him drinking, which felt unnecessary and came across in a pretty harsh way. I fully get that staff have to enforce alcohol policies, but the tone and approach made the interaction uncomfortable and took away from the experience. Hoping this was just an isolated incident, but definitely something that could be handled more professionally.

  Celebrated both my sons birthdays here and it was awesome everyone had a great time! Claire was a great host and we will definitely be back again! All the staff was awesome and very helpful with the kids they enjoyed themselves thoroughly!

  I’m at Dave & Buster’s in Rosemont while chaperoning prom, and I just had to give a shoutout to Blake at the bar. My sister and I hung out in the bar area, and he took such great care of us. He was friendly, social, personable, and just awesome all around. It’s honestly so nice to still experience great service from someone who makes you feel welcomed and taken care of. Blake definitely deserves the kudos — thank you for being awesome and making our visit even better!
