  I had a very disappointing experience at Jimmy John's today. I asked if my sandwich could be toasted after the fact, and the employee with red hair and piercings gave an extreme negative attitude when I asked. Customer service felt rude and unwelcoming from the start

  One of the worst jimmy John’s locations in the country employs have bad attitude dirty kitchen specially the skinny girl with her hair and face with colors she need to change her attitude

  My wife were there yesterday on Thursday, April 16th, at about 11:30 AM. First thing we noticed was that menu board is extremely small and couldn't even read it and without prices, if not mistaken. So we asked for a paper menu and that was the same way but even smaller!! Do you not bother to check and review things from the CUSTOMER'S POINT OF VIEW or do you just don't care? I have a very good feeling that you haven't read the same comment in the past or even heard about it. We walked out. And by looking at most of your reviews, we were probably better off!!
