- BKBrian KurtzOct 14, 20262.0Its wild to me that you sign up for a job and continue to do it even though you hate it. I bought a sandwich yesterday and everyone in this place was miserable. I walked in and started looking at the menu and the guy at the counter says "Hey boss pickup is over there." I said, I havent ordered anything yet. His response was "oh really, well i guess i can take your order." While waiting for my food the lady making it, throws my 9 on wheat on the counter and just yells 9 on wheat, I was the only person there. So then i realize that i get to bag my own sandwich and grab the napkins from behind the table. Just a bad, bad experience and whoever is allowing that needs to grow a backbone and tell them to liven up the place. Also, no one needs to see all the weird artwork they have up in the kitchen taped against a metal wall.

I needed to “order 2 different sandwiches “ very weird. seems to me the employee didn’t want to be at work that day. So sad bc we love jimmy johns. Never had an issue with other locations

I asked if my sandwich could be toasted after the fact, and the employee with red hair and piercings gave an extreme negative attitude when I asked. Customer service felt rude and unwelcoming from the start
