    Went to surprise my son with lunch. Ordered and when at the window i handed my $50 bill then was informed they do not accept $50 bills. NO WHERE is that listed or written. If I would have known that I would have gone elsewhere cause there are issues with my debit card. No working with me at all. Just sorry. And had to leave. I then called and spoke to the manager that said it was just brought to his attention they were low on small bills. 1 how is that my issue and why isn't that made aware at ordering? Instead you made my food and now it's either being enjoyed by them or being thrown out? 2 could have accepted my money and as a manager gone and had more small bills made for the rest of the day. Then he proceeded to say he will add a $15 credit. Wouldn't have made sense to have just given me the food then? He stated he was busy doing other things when this was happening. Asked to speak to franchise owner or leave my contact for them. He said I can leave a review online. Just blows my mind how it was handled and then their resolution offered after I had already left? And no resolution would have even been discussed if I didn't call. Horrible customer service and management.

    One hour for delivery, no accountability from the store. I called and a very blah reply , oh well our driver is out with 6 deliveries, I understand but calling your guest to inform goes along way. Person who answered the phone for sure didn’t care and when I called to speak to their leadership oh the manager is out taking a catering order. Who is the operator of this location JSfort group?

    This is by far the best Jimmy John’s location I’ve been to! I actually go out of my way to come here because the service is always fast, the food is consistently fresh, and the sandwiches are made right every time. When I ask for extra veggies, they actually give me extra, not just a tiny amount. I used to go to the Carol Stream location on Army Trail, but they were always so stingy with the toppings. This location is definitely worth the extra drive!
