  This is by far the best Jimmy John’s location I’ve been to! I actually go out of my way to come here because the service is always fast, the food is consistently fresh, and the sandwiches are made right every time. When I ask for extra veggies, they actually give me extra, not just a tiny amount. I used to go to the Carol Stream location on Army Trail, but they were always so stingy with the toppings. This location is definitely worth the extra drive!

  I ordered through a third-party app and even called to make sure my sandwich was right. The guy I spoke with was nice, but the order came out completely wrong 😑 like everything I said was ignored. I asked for extra peppers and extra mayo and got no peppers and no mayo at all. Honestly felt like some kind of intentional sick joke. Really frustrating experience. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
