  Extremely disappointing experience at the Dunkin Donuts on Lake Street around 1:15 PM. The employee at the drive-thru had a rude attitude from the start, ignored basic questions, and acted like serving customers was a problem. To make matters worse, my order was missing hash browns. I came inside immediately with the receipt and the bag I was given, but instead of correcting the mistake, she refused to help and insisted everything was done perfectly while blaming me. The situation became even more unprofessional when she started arguing with a coworker who was actually trying to fix the issue and compensate me. Poor customer service, no accountability, and unnecessary hostility. Management seriously needs to address this.

  everything was amazing i got loaded hashbrowns the cheese was hot a buncha bacon my drink was perfect nothing bad i can say 🤗

  Rude staff, awful service, and the drinks were all made incorrectly, including the drink that was repeatedly requested to have non-dairy milk for a customer with a dairy allergy. That kind of negligence actively harms customers. Would not recommend or return.
