  The last few times ive been there you are always out of chicken and tonight you were almost out of potatoes and once again out of chicken but we have decided to just start going some where else for the price of your buffet you should never and I mean never be out of your food on your buffet tables and here lately I cannot believe that people just let there children finger the silverware and the food on the buffet tables what are these people thinking crazy just absolutely crazy

  We had to wait for the food. They couldn't keep up with the volume of people. Had to wait on pizza, mash potatoes, pizza crust slices. And both French dressing was out.

  Food was awesome once we could get any. There was 2 bread sticks, 3 slices of pizza, no chicken, half containers for each of the sides, and decent stocked salad bar. I assume food was slow to come out since so many people would swarm as food did come out. I heard many comments like "About time", "They found the cook",and my favorite "Waiting room times are quicker than supper here". Service at front counter seemed welcoming but tired. Service bringing good out seemed pissed off at the world. Service cleaning tables would ask if they could take any dishes as they took them. I didn't see any tables wiped down while we were there but perhaps they did that after close since we were there till close to actually get food.

  We usually love this place but today 6/27/26 we went around 330 probably slower time of day not much to choose from cold and nothing new was being added to the buffet feel like it was a waste of money I didn’t even get a salad there was none available! Waited a little bit to eat hoping something fresh would come out but nope! Ate what there was and left unsatisfied!!! Sadly

  We had a horrible experience the last time we went to the Pizza Ranch, so we thought we might try again last night. To our dismay it was not a good experience again. We arrived about 5:15 and there was not any fresh food. NO chicken, pizza's were cold in looks, cheese was hard, Salad bar looked unattended. We were told they had a rush, I would think at 5:00, dinner time they would have prepared for a dinner crowd a bit better. Again very disappointed in the cleanliness as well. There was pop spilled on the floor and not one employee took the time to mop it up. Sad this place has gone down hill since the original owners. We have spent many family dinners together there but that will no longer be happening. One good thing is they did refund our purchase and we found another establishment for our dinner.
