  I grabbed two sandwiches through the drive-thru today and was pretty disappointed when we got home. My Buffalo Chicken Wrap was made as an Unwich but didn’t have any chicken in it, and my son’s Turkey Tom was made on the skinny bread instead of the original bread we ordered. Unfortunately, the bread was also very hard.

  Ordered at 12:15pm- it’s currently 1:52pm and still no sandwich. Called in and spoke to associate- she informed me that only one driver and he has 6 right now and coming back to get mine next. Waited another 45 min- called again to ask why they haven’t used Uber. Apparently they have been getting bad reviews on their service. I said well tell your higher ups to get more payroll for more delivery drivers cause this is FREAKY SLOW. Best they could do is “a credit” which I’m Leary on if it’s something I’ll truly get. I feel bad for the driver cause it’s not his fault he showed up to work when obviously JJ is too cheap to care about customer experience. Do better. Should have gone to Jersey Mikes. Lesson learned.

  We had an issue with our order a couple weeks back. We reached out and spoke with Dom, the weekend night manager, as I understand it. Once he fully understood our situation he was able to help us out to our satisfaction. We will keep coming back.

  Do not come here. Once I entered I didn't get any greetings whatsoever even as I order my food. I had to tell them that I'm a member they didn't ask for my number. I had to ask for a receipt. They are more interested in talking with a friend than they are focusing on serving you.
