- EAErnest Anderson3 days ago2.0Been coming to Dunkin’ Donuts for quite a few years now. Sat down with a medium regular hot coffee and relaxed in their lounge area. When leaving, I was purchasing some iced flavored coffees for others at home. While waiting, I asked for them to top off or a refill of my hot coffee and was told “we don’t do that” not even if you’re a senior or a military veteran”, so if this is the way Dunkin is, this is my last time coming to Dunkin’ Donuts. Back to Starbucks I go because they provide at least one free refill.
- JJJayMay 10, 20265.0This is my favorite daily stop before work! The staff is so efficient that they recognize me and start prepping my order the moment I walk in. The drive-thru gets crowded, but walking inside is a great shortcut to get in and out quickly

When I asked for my order to be fixed, the staff had a really bad attitude 😡💢. It’s such a shame because it’s super close to my house 🏡🚶♀️, but I just can’t go back. I expected better, and this experience was really frustrating 😕💔.
