I have now had it a few times since moving in the area and they never put the full amount of guac in container. The flavor of the food is never like the other chipotles. My mobile app order was not at the restaurant when I arrived, and nobody could account for what happened to it. The staff only knew that they either mislabeled my order or allowed a delivery driver to grab it for the wrong person. By the time I arrived, there was no longer enough time to wait for a replacement order without risking being late for work. I was forced to leave immediately without my meal and had to eat snacks I was hoping to save for later. The stress of this mix-up completely ruined my morning. As a vegan, I could only really come here for the veggie burritos anyway. The complete lack of order security isn't worth the hassle. Furthermore, having to call corporate customer service just to get a refund for a store's mistake is ridiculous; a customer should be able to immediately get a refund at the store for situations like this. I got my refund, and I will be deleting my account. Done for good.
