  1) i stood in line for over 5 min with only 1 person in front of me. 2) the kid making the orders was not even trying to move quickly or with any sort of purpose. And 3) the Bowl I received was the least amount of food I have EVER seen in a burrito bowl from Chipotle. Nothing about my stop in for lunch was a positive experience and I will not be returning to this location. The manager in charge should be embarrassed.

  I visited this Chipotle today just before 6 PM, and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the experience. I had just signed up for the rewards program and was hoping for a good first experience. Unfortunately, the chips were stale, the restaurant was dirty, the floors had food and debris all over them, and the bathrooms were in really poor condition. They were also out of eating utensils during the dinner rush. The customer service was just as disappointing. The staff did not seem particularly welcoming or attentive, and the manager showed very little concern for the customers or the condition of the restaurant. There seemed to be a real lack of leadership and basic customer service. To give credit where it’s due, the burrito was very large and actually tasted good. However, good food doesn’t make up for an unclean restaurant and poor service. I understand that younger employees need opportunities to learn and take on responsibility, but they also need proper training and supervision. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this location has a lot of room for improvement. The food has potential, but the cleanliness and customer service need immediate attention. When I later tried to contact corporate customer service to report my experience, I was told they could not do anything because they had no record of my order. So, if you visit this location, make sure you get your receipt before you leave… Edit: I just called and spoke with Christina the store manager, and she seemed to be very understanding of the situation and offered to replace the entire meal and she said it has been a challenge getting quality workers to be there because adults will not work for what they’re willing to pay. They’re only able to get people from high school.

  I literally just picked up my food mind you I paid $60! Four different meals for this shit?! Unacceptable! The carnitas are CRISP and where are the beans?! Be for real chipotle. Not worth it at all and never again. Only because it’s down the street next time I’ll drive where the restaurant has more than 3 stars.

  I love chipotle and this location is good. The reason for the 2 star is the chips. I’m so tired of gambling with them. Will they be stale or will they have crunch? The last 3 times they were stale. There’s a simple solution to this problem. Have the employees taste test the chips every shift. Pour one or 2 out somewhere and then try it. Fix your chips and I’ll fix my rating👍

  Unfortunately I am very disappointed. I did order delivery with a delivery service partner. I ordered 2 burrito bowls, 2 orders of chips, and guac. The most disappointing part was I missing one of the burrito bowls and the guac. The second issue, was how much food was in the bowl. I don’t ask for the world. But there was almost no rice, and no corn, and no beans. What was in the bowl was pretty much enough for 2 regular sized corn tortilla tacos. I tried calling the restaurant to see what happened but I was hung up on twice, I was very cordial. And the delivery partner also declined any refund or credit. I am just very disappointed that I not only paid for something I did not receive but I also received a bowl that was only filled about 20% of the way. Update: 7/18/2026 So the restaurant replied. Look at the reply. Then I tried to talk to them, I was immediately shut down. Apparently since I ordered on DoorDash they aren’t responsible. Kinda weird…. Since they actually fulfill the food. And I really like burrito bowls. So today July 18th 2026, I figured since it was on my way home so I’ll just go in and order. I was absolutely disgusted. All the ingredients were all over. It looked like a crime scene. Rice, tomato, cheese, just completely scattered on the pick up area. Also took 3 minutes for someone to actually help me. I don’t mind waiting, but not when it’s completely empty.
