  Do not order from this location. They do not make your orders correctly and the food is burnt. Husband ordered a steak bowl and only got 3 ingredients in it. The steak was burnt and beans were dried out. Customer service not good and can’t refund your order on the app for making it wrong. Told us to come back and they will remake it but live 20 mins away.

  I love chipotle! It’s a nice healthy option, and good option to get protein- that being said, it’s not cheap:,) .. at all. Especially for what it is. Which is extremely cheap ingredients for everything other than the protein options. Corn, rice, beans, salsa. Etc. please stop being greedy with the meat portions just because it is delivery or pickup. My boyfriend and I have gotten chipotle 3x in the last 2 weeks, getting the honey chicken. I even paid for doubled portion which is almost 6$ through uber. And everytime we have both been given less than 10 small pieces of chicken. There’s a reason people make jokes on TikTok about the greediness and laziness of chipotle employees not wanting to have to cook more meat. I get if you’re busy or in rush , but I’d rather my order come late than not be correctly portioned. Coming from a food worker !! :,) I am still annoyed about that 6$ extra portion I paid for half a normal portion .

  This was a very disappointing experience. I paid for extra protein, but they initially added only half a scoop. Only after I questioned them did they add the remaining half scoop. What made the situation worse was that the customer before me also ordered extra protein and was served nearly two and a half scoops. When I went back after paying and asked if this was really the correct extra protein portion, the staff acted very ignorantly. They pretended to check the bowl, casually said “it’s extra,” left the bowl on the table, and went back to their work without properly addressing the concern. The management can verify this on the security cameras around 8:10 PM. The overall experience felt very unfair and disrespectful. I will not be visiting this place again.

  Portions were undersized, less than a spoonful of rice, less than regular portions on everything else. Food was cold (5 minute drive home). Chips were stale. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! I've had bad experience here before and thought I'd give them another chance. Lesson learned.

  I am here currently at 5:52 pm and I am very disappointed. I had not been here for a while an when I was ordering I noticed the floors where they cook extremely dirty had food all over it was gross, the grills they cook meat on looked like they have not been cleaned in years. I wanted to leave but my husband had already ordered his food, as we walked to sit down all of the tables were dirty and floors were not clean. My husbands barbacoa was gross and cold. The girl on the cash register had a face the entire time I was here.. why do they have a person who doesn’t want to be here work here. I definitely will not be coming back here…..
