  The server took so long for everything, to greet us, ask for drinks, and take our order. She heard my order wrong, brought the wrong food then took it away when i told her it was wrong but she still charged me for it even though it was her mistake and we didn't even eat it, she didn't even set it in the table when she took it away so no reason for her to charge me for her mistake. We still left a tip although she never even smiled lol

  Our server ( I believe her name was Cathy ) was so unattentive to me and my friend the whole time ! When we were given menus and were asked if we wanted anything to drink my friend didn’t know at first and she looked completely annoyed so we just hurried and got something, she brought out the drinks and asked if we ready to order I said we needed a minute she said “okay 😐” we got bottomless apps but only got 3 apps because she only came over 1 while we were eating so we only got a chance to replace one app what’s the point of the “bottomless” if we can’t keep ordering because our server is too busy talking to her friends ! We ran out of drinks before we got our food because of the apps and the WHOLE time she didint ask if we wanted a refill or anything! But mind you she was attentive to other people in her area I don’t know if it’s because we are young and minorities but are service was horrible then when I showed her my military id from the 10% off she looked suprised and inspected that thing so long and hard that you would think she was trying to memorize it, like ima risk jail time to forge a government id for 2 bucks off my food and the only time she decided to make conversation and stay around is when it was time to give a tip she was staring at the receipt and all of a sudden interested in my life ! The only reason we have 2 stars is because a worker Brianna who helped us out a lot and was very much good customer service and treated us like customers

  i came in with my friend saturday night and the whole experience was terrible. We came in and were told it was open seating, the only 2 tables open were bigger tables for 5-8 people, we didn’t want to take up a big table for just us two so we waited around for a smaller table to be cleaned. after about 5 minutes of standing around we were just in the way of the servers trying to get thru so we decided to sit at a table that had a spray bottle and rag on it assuming it just had to be wiped down. throughout the next 20 minutes we were seated waiting, we had 3 different servers pass by our table multiple times without even saying a word to us which is honestly just crazy how ingnorant the staff were, the only nice and helpful member was a girl with blonde hair at the front counter .

  I went to this place after work around 7:05pm and when we got there we asked if we can sit anywhere and they said yes that it was open seating. we seen that the place was busy and didnt see any tables available except the tables with 6+ chairs. Mind you it was busy and just the two of us so we didnt want to take a huge table for just two people. then i ask a server named i think jasmine, if we’d be able to get a booth and she told me “one sec” in the most ignorant way lmao, i sat down after it not being cleaned because at that point we were just in the way standing for the table. After we sat down not a single waitress came by us and took our order or said a word to us. not even move the spray bottle that was on our table , we sat there for 30 minutes and didnt get any service at all so we spoke with a manager and she was just as ignorant as the waitresses which doesn't surprise me, we the left and went to taco bell across the parking lot LMAO. couldnt give you any stars for the food since we didnt even get spoken. overall bad place, except for the blonde lady up front
