Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating. Rather than feeling like the staff was trying to find a solution, it came across as though they simply didn’t want to make the items I ordered. I hope management addresses this so customers receive better service in the future.

How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
