The customer service here is atrocious. I ordered the new flavor lineup promotion using Uber Eats and when my ordered arrived I was given one small cup of ranch for 24 wings. As you can see in the screenshots below, the flavor lineup includes a large ranch. It’s in the picture, it’s in the order description it can’t get any clearer. I called the store and they insisted that I was in the wrong because their order ticket printed 1 ranch. So I drive over to the store just to get my ranch, I thought it would be an easy in and out. No. I’m having to argue with the employees for the large ranch. They wanted to ring me up for something I already paid for. Then they said best they can do is give me one more cup. Like how do you even come to that conclusion after I showed you my order. It is not my job to ensure your order ticket is presented correctly when an order comes in from Uber Eats. You figure it out with your store manager later.
They were arguing that I intentionally selected a small ranch. That’s not even an option on the app. After minutes of unnecessary back and forth they reluctantly gave me the large ranch so I can leave the store. By the time I get home, the wings are all cold. I’m left paying delivery fees for an order I still had to drive to the store for. This whole experience was a mess. But what really leaves a bad taste in my mouth, more than the cold food, is how poorly those two employees behaved with me. Why are you going back and forth for minutes with a customer if they show you proof of what they ordered? I didn’t come to the store asking for a full refund or anything. I came to the store for ranch. Just ranch that I showed proof of paying for. And these two were acting as if the location would never financially recover if I did not pay for it a second time. It was absurd. I worked the food industry many years so I know #1 priority is customer satisfaction. Believe me I know the customer is not always right. But when you come into the store with proof, it should just be an easy and quick fix. A customer should not have to be figuring out for you why your order tickets coming in from Uber Eats are not accurate. So when the store manager or franchisee of this location is reading this, don't just shrug it off. Test ordering the same item on the Uber Eats app and see how your order ticket comes through. Than figure out how to fix it so that the next customer isn’t left figuring it out for you

I've got three locations I go to and so far this chain has yet to disappoint.
