  Great food! My go to when I visit Chicago. Food comes fast for a decent price. Dining area and bathrooms are very clean. Plenty of party with the overflow lot next to it.

  No offense Chicago but I can’t understand why everyone told us we needed to dine here while there. I’ve had better Italian beef sandwiches at a county fair. It was OK but I certainly wouldn’t tell anybody they had to go here if visiting Chicago. Maybe other locations are better? I won’t be finding out.

  Great food! Good service!!! Clean!!! Bathrooms clean! I appreciate the older fellow cleaning and he did an Outstanding job. Everyone had a smile accept the manger. He must have had a bad day.

  I just can't eat at a place that allows employees with uncovered beards to prepare food. I wanted to puke. Also, whoever Victor is at the online order # was rude and condescending. I was told by the store manager that I could not pre order for a later pick up unless I ordered "fast pack". I was only feeding 6 adults. I didn't need enough for 24 people. Sorry Portillo's, I'm out!

  The food was decent overall, but nothing really stood out 😕. The Maxwell Street Polish tasted pretty good, though I feel like it would’ve been much better with more toppings instead of just onions and mustard 🌭. The chili dog was a bit disappointing because it turned out way too soggy, which made it less enjoyable 😬. As for the onion rings, they honestly didn’t taste great at all kind of a letdown 😞. Overall, it was an okay experience, but definitely room for improvement 👍.
