  I came here to pick up a food order, but I had to make another pickup elsewhere before arriving. The woman in charge of handing out orders asked me why I was late. I explained to her that I had to go to another location first. I tried to clarify that I was simply following the instructions given by the app, but she wouldn't listen to me and told me not to come back here again. This was a terrible experience—what exactly did I do wrong?

  That's it I've had it. I've tried to give this place multiple chances but I am sick and tired of my orders coming out wrong. I only eat at panera occasionally but the few times I've chosen to eat at this location about 4-5 of those times they've messed something up. 2-3 were at the drive thru, where I decided to give them grace because the mics probably suck and they could've just misheard me. Sure, fine whatever. For that reason I decided to switch to mobile orders that way there's no chance of the same mistake happening again, right............ The first time I did this they ended up making my sandwich incorrectly by giving me chicken instead of steak... A pretty noticeable difference when you order the Spicy STEAK Asiago bagel.... And this last time they just completely forgot a part of my order! I was able to get a refund the first time so I'll give them credit for that, but I can't even get in contact with them to fix my most recent order cause no one is answering the phone! I shouldn't even have to go through all of this to begin with. I get it fast food work is hard, but you cannot be this overpriced and have a lower accuracy rate than McDonalds! If this was once or twice and happened occasionally I wouldn't be writing this, but its the fact that its been a consistent pattern of incompetence time and time again! I'm not trying to be rude its just the fact that run a small business and I cannot imagine being this unprofessional to the people that seek my services. Even when I try to compare them to their fast food counterparts this place is still hands down the worst when it comes to actually recieving what I paid for!

  God, Panera used to be SO GOOD. It's incomprehensible that they'd sacrifice their quality so bad that they service the luke warm garage they sell now. For shame Panera. I'll never spend another dime here ever again.
