Customer service from managment is nonexistent. Charging $15 for two breakfast burrito meals with a 15 percent discount and then forgetting items is unacceptable and shows the lack of customer service at this McDonald’s location! Response to owner, submitted complaint to McDonald’s feedback and nothing from them, they never respond and clearly do not care about customer service, sadly appears you do not care as well! Do better because your response and McDonald’s corporate response show customer service is not a priority!

- STScott TApr 1, 20261.0Not an ideal experience. Ordered drive through was asked to pull into a spot to wait since the food wasn’t ready. Waited a few minutes and the food came. I didn’t see the sauce on the top so I asked the guy if the sauce was in the bag. He said yes, I ended up checking anyway and found the sauce wasn’t in the bag. So I went into the store. When I went in I went to the counter and saw the manager and an employee talking as I was waiting a person came up and stood behind me. The manager goes right up to the guy behind me and asks what he needs. I jokingly ask what am I invisible and instead of an apology I’m met with a rude reaction and excuses on how she thought the employee she was talking to was helping me. Overall a bad experience when I was just trying to get dinner for my family.
