They consistently don't make a simple coffee order the way it's ordered which I don't understand. It's not like I have some special concoction and I assume it can't be that complicated to follow the ticket according to what it says. I don't drive and this is the location that's closest to me to get to which makes my only other option my previous store before I moved which is 6 miles away which means I pay much more to door dash my coffee plus don't get to earn rewards. I've respectfully asked several times to please pay attention to the order so it's made correctly and I ask very nicely and I'm met with a stank face, rolling off the eyes and total rudeness. This is the first time I've read their reviews and it seems this is a common occurrence at this location and the fact it's not being addressed tells me the management is unphased by a general consensus of this Dunkin not being up to par. Maybe it's time for a full overhaul of management. Worst Dunkin Ever!!!
