The cashier refused to make my drink and told me he wasn’t going to do it because the manager AK claimed there was no order, even after my card had been charged twice. I showed them my order and proof that my card had been charged and they still refused to give me my drink. This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to and I will not be returning. Save your money and go elsewhere. This location is both unorganized and disrespectful. They don’t deserve your business. Hope it was worth it for this location to deny me the drink THAT I PAID FOR— DD corporate has been notified and will be following-up.

This place has gone to crap since a few key employees were relocated. Piyush was a key asset to the morning flow of the drive-thru. The drive thru now takes no less than 15 minutes for you to get to the window. Which now, you will be greeted by unfriendedly staff. Staff who look bothered if you're inside eating or just can't speak clearly at the drive thru. It feels like the Land of Misfits with the unprofessionalism from everyone at this location. The Caucasian woman doesn't speak clear at the speaker, then gets annoyed if she has to repeat herself. I'm not the logic behind her being the first person of contact. Definitely lacks customer service I will instead drive 15 minutes to go to 674 Meacham Rd., Elk Grove Village, in order to receive great coffee and even amazing customer service
