  Walked in asked for a burrito. Was told they had no tortillas. Went with a bowl instead. Gave me have a portion of steak. Then tried to charge me for double rice, double steak. Double lettuce. When I asked to see what I was paying for they said they couldn’t. As I was walking away the so called “manager” was making noise trying to grab my attention then attempt to throw a tortilla and said I found some. This is OUTRAGEOUS!!! Worse restaurants service I’ve ever had. So called “manager” should be promoted to customer!!!

  Honestly just disappointed with how little food I got. I understand it's standard to receive half a portion for the meat nowadays, but even for the veggies and sides too is extra disappointment.

  I keep coming back to this Chipotle because it consistently delivers a great experience. The restaurant is always clean and well maintained, and the employees are kind, professional, and welcoming. The food quality is excellent every time I visit. The ingredients are fresh, the portions are generous, and everything is prepared with care. It's nice knowing I can count on a great meal whenever I stop by. I also appreciate the attention to the little things. Utensils, napkins, and hot sauce are always stocked and readily available at the counter, so I never have to interrupt the staff to ask for them. That level of organization and customer service makes a difference. A special shoutout to Gabriel, who has always been friendly, courteous, and professional. He consistently provides outstanding customer service and helps make every visit a pleasant one. Overall, this location does an excellent job, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean restaurant, great food, and a team that genuinely cares about its customers.

  Really disappointed with the customer service here. We came in around 10:20 PM, and one of the employees was extremely rude and visibly annoyed that customers were coming in close to closing. He kept rolling his eyes, shaking his head, and giving us dirty looks. At one point, he even said, “Why do people come in when we’re about to close?” I understand it can be frustrating when customers come in near closing, but being rude and making customers feel unwelcome is not okay, especially when serving customers is part of the job. He also wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I’m unable to identify him. I do want to give credit to Ashley, who was very nice and professional with us. She was the only employee who made us feel welcomed. Hopefully management addresses the attitude and customer service issues because customers shouldn’t feel like a burden for coming in before the posted closing time.
