  I ordered a meal from this place and sat down to eat. Didn’t know the taco was crushed on one side and it ended up falling apart landing on my shoes, clothing and floor. my son asked for a towel and they looked at him like he was a ghost, I walked to the counter telling the cashier what happened and she just looked at us.. I asked if they could make me another one and I took it to go because I was upset that my new shoes had food on them. When I got home the taco they gave me was crushed , there is no way they can fill a taco with food if it’s crushed. They purposely crushed it before serving it to us. I also ordered a crunch wrap and it had old lettuce in it so I threw it all away. I asked Taco Bell for a refund and have not heard back from anyone. I’m done with that franchise .

  The manager was amazing and very nice. The crew made our food perfect and tasted amazing 🤩. Thanks you guys for a very good experience. Plus it was our 1 1/2 year olds first taco bell and she loved it.
