Got on the chat feature and needed all sorts of information from emails and everything to identify the issue... Okay, fine again until it's 4 separate messages taking up all the dinner time to acquire and relay all this information needed (that you would think would be in the system) all for the chat person (who I still think is AI or automated responses) to tell me they realistically can't give refunds and I have to wait 1-3 days for the store. I'm mad, and wanting a full refund at this point. She still can't help, I don't know her purpose still... So tells me to wait. I wait- until I get a call at 11:53pm, almost a half hour after the store closes, on that Wednesday for some teenage boy to leave me a voice mail that I have a credit for breadsticks and to use my phone number. I have a 3 month old, but without that I find it odd, and very frustrating as I figured it was an emergency from family or something, that they called at midnight just for a breadsirck credit. Idk about the pizza huts in the entire area, but I was going to let things go until almost having a heart attack on a random Wednesday at midnight over them reaching out on breadsticks. A late night establishment wouldn't even do that, but a gross pizza place has less respect for people and their time? Doing this all over pizza Hut is crazy but calling me at midnight about breadsticks seems crazier so here I am
