  Don't expect to get your pizza for at least over an hour, I was flabbergasted when I heard that they don't actually have drivers anymore, they use door dash/Uber drivers that are not screened at all. I don't want my food sitting in somebody front seat while THEIR smoking a blunt. It's freaking bad. So the only positive thing I can say is that the food was good and I can't complain about that.. But I think they need to go back to hiring their own drivers again, so until I see a difference I'm keep the stars where their at. And will change review if they do go back.

  Placed an order to get delivered by 5:15pm and called to extend that timeframe & whoever is working the phones right now (current time being 4:22pm) was unbelievably rude with how she spoke , instead of finding a way to meet me in the middle she flatly said “your orders in the oven now, if you want it around that time you’ll have to cancel and reorder” due to the online glitching and it not showing on her end that I set it for a specific time when my email very clearly stated I set a time frame, in other words I have to pay AGAIN for an order I already paid for just to get my lunch at the time I want. I don’t understand why she couldn’t simply toss the one in the oven & remake it around the time I initially asked for. So incredibly disappointed with the service , it’s one thing to have a bad day but to blatantly be rude with how your speaking and intentionally making me pay twice for a $40 order.

  I've literally never had a single pizza cooked properly here in 6 years, not only that, they can't even cut the pizza right, they throw spoiled peppers in the box constantly, I could go on for hours. I don't know how you can keep your job when you do worse than a random person off the street would. This place needs a visit from the health department asap.

  Had an employee standing in the center median of the road to advertise for the store just yesterday with heavy traffic in the heat. That is so incredibly dangerous for the employee who probably got told to do it by their manager. I really hope the employee reports this to someone higher up because thats absolutely unacceptable. Feel so bad for that employee, shame on the managers and GM.
