- ANAlex Nielsen3 days ago1.0Workers are useless. Ordered to this location on accident which in itself isn’t a big deal, arrived and didn’t see the order. Asked the cashier that eventually decided to get behind the counter which she then said if it’s not here (pointing to where online orders are) then it might be in drive through. I would’ve asked if she’d check since drive through was 10 feet away from her but she decided to turn away to the next person. Decided to just leave rather than go all National Treasure for an over priced sandwich.

The soup was barely warm, a congealed glob of slop and the grill cheese was not fully melted. Service was average, tables were dirty from prior customers, the bathroom and the drink dispenser were stocked and properly functioning. Based upon my experience I would avoid this location and go to another Panera.

Called ahead to ask for lite ice in green tea drink and no ice in passion fruit drink because the website doesn't give you an option. Got a "DRAGON " fruit drink full of ice. Choose the free bread and got no bread. But checked receipt first, because website do tweek,somehow buy checkout no bread with soup.order the same thing every time this time issues. Tried new drink... and wham... stay in your lane right. Would have called to address it but time is precious I live on the otherside of the river and my son who wanted it was in the hospital going back for bread and coming back with cold soup wasn't an option. Guess better luck next time.
