  This place is beautiful with Koi ponds and plants, stone walls and floors, wall waterfall and sword displays. The food is good. I could tell our chef was new so not very polished or talkative, but he prepared the meals well. For me, the atmosphere is too busy and loud. Our waitress was attentive, but too busy to remember things we told her. Had to ask for napkins twice before she brought them, then asked the chef and waitress three times total for pineapple birthday desert (which she confirmed) and after the meal she just brought the check instead. It wasn't on our bill, but sad they couldn't have done that for the birthday. She didn't have time to interact or give us eye contact even, she would run by our table and pick up empty bowls and never look back. Felt very rushed - in and out as fast as they could. Drinks, food, check: next. Not as friendly and attentive as it was the last time we went there.

  If I could give lower than a one star, I would. I have came here five times and haven’t been able to sit down and eat either. They close early. They close the kitchen early or just tell me I can’t go in. There’s always an excuse. I’m not sure why maybe they’re racist. Or maybe my money isn’t good enough for them. I brought my family to try and enjoy a nice meal in each time. It’s a new excuse.
