We’re from Machesney Park happened to be in the area. Been here several times ,Thought it would give you a shot. Never had any good luck with this area.

I always place an online order for pickup and always ask for extra mayo packets because I ask for extra mayo on my sandwich which they never put on so to be proactive I ask for the packets. Well guess what I never get them ever!!! I have called and complained have spoke to the associates, the manager, and even the district manager only to be given free stuff and told it will be fixed. Well I don’t want free things I want what I pay and ask for!!! How hard is it to follow the receipt that says add mayo packets. Do your job correctly.
