  We loved their chicken salad sandwiches, the staff is very nice and the restaurant was very clean. I always thought jimmy john’s was dry but these were delicious, wet and sloppy 10/10

  I went to Jimmy Johns today and all I had was cash due to losing my card. I didn't think of how big the bill was that they would tell me they don't have the change which I get it. They probably don't have a big till to begin with, but I pre-ordered my food so when I got there it was already made. The girl was very unhelpful and unpleasant in front of my daughter I had to tell them I don't have any other form of payment right now so they let us walk right out of the store without our dinner and not 1 word spoken. Very unhelpful and ALWAYS unprofessional. If was a manager I would have given the food to the person anyway and even my daughter said she didn't like how they handled that. I felt disgusted. I am not asking for a hand out, but to seriously not be understanding of a $20 meal and to just throw it away anyway, I hope it was donated to a homeless person at least. I go there all the time and this was the cherry on top because the customer service in Rockford is terrible.

  loved the art on the side, and the parking is not bad. i tried the thai wrap and it was very good, came out quickly, even with modifications. the energy of the workers was awesome and i was greeted and helped by a cool worker named chicky. this was my first time eating here and i got a good impression, although i've walked past it a hundred times. if only y'all were open later.

  How am I still waiting for a simple sandwich 30 minutes later. I must have a different definition of fast. An hour later and I'm still waiting. Which means this sandwich better hold up until I'm off work because my lunch break is over. Update. Order was delivered to the wrong address. How do you deliver to an entirely different street. Mind boggling. They told me the driver handed it to someone. I'm sure you did...but it wasn't who you were supposed to hand it to.

  Best experience I have ever had at a jimmy johns!
