    Went to Dutch Bros for the first time and had great service with the girl named Kayleigh! She was so kind and recommended such a great drink!! Sherbet Mist is what she recommended and was so delicious! Highly recommend and hopefully you can get Kayleigh as the girl who can help you out!

    Hands down the best chai I’ve had!! I had the snickerdoodle chai. It was delicious!! It was dog day so I got bandanas for my girls! The girl that took my order wasn’t that friendly but the guy at window made up for it! He was awesome!!! My new favorite place!

    43 minutes later.... It took an unacceptable 43 minutes from ordering to pickup for just one iced latte and two shakes. The drive-thru setup feels like a trap. They make you pay and tip before you're even close to the window, and once you're stuck in the unmoving line, there's no way to safely back out or leave or to receive a refund. When we finally reached the window, our order was already sitting there waiting—which explains why both shakes were completely melted into liquid by the time we got them.

    Dutch Bros, I love your coffee. But I can’t wait an hour for my order to be ready anymore. When you first opened this location I understood, but it’s been a while now. Even walking up now takes an hour. If anything it’s gotten worse since you opened, because at first your times were like 20 min per order. It’s getting longer every time, and today was the final straw. Everyone there was waiting an hour, drinks are just piling up inside, and then when drinks are being called out they’re the completely wrong order so the waiting starts all over again. Today they “lost” both my order and my friends order, but the guy that walked up and tapped the cashier on the shoulder at the window because he knew her magically got his order start to finish in 10 minutes, so I know it’s possible to get it done here. I guess I need to know someone on the inside. This isn’t me shading teenage employees either, this was an interaction between adults. Maybe once the competitor opens their two locations in town the ticket times will improve.

    This place was phenomenal and amazing when it first opened. I've been back multiple times and it has been a terrible experience every time. Sure, I can handle long wait times when you're busy but when you are slow and I'm waiting longer than I've ever had to wait before just for you to hand me and give me the wrong drink for me to come and turn around come back through. Have you remake it and have it be remade incorrectly I have never seen an orange aftershock not to mention it definitely does not taste right? Taste better than the first completely wrong thing they gave me but what the hell is going on? The long service time is abysmal and absolutely absurd this is the second time I've come through where it's not that busy and yet they seem to be absolutely struggling. I know they have enough workers and bodies so why are drinks being made incorrectly? Why are is it taking 100 years for a drink to be made? And why are the drinks so inconsistent first it's the wrong drink. Second it's the right drink but made wrong taste. Weird as hell like they did something to it If you know what the Aftershock is supposed to look like, you'll understand why that photo is so ridiculous and let me tell you it doesn't taste right either so annoying that I'm tipping them and spending so much money for these drinks just for it to be absolute garbage garbage drinks? Garbage service trash? I don't think I'll ever come back here
