  Out of all locations I’ve been to this one is in the negative bracket. I asked the barista for a Med Iced Caramel Crazed signature Latte with 3 xtra caramel, she then processed to ask if I wanted 4 or 5 caramel.. I asked her how many already comes in it and she said 3 so 3 XTRA meant 6 in total. Then gave me an attitude and let my drink sit and had me wait an additional 5 minutes to bring it to the window.

  Waited in lthe drive thru for over 20 minutes. I don’t know if they were understaffed. I was late to work as I’m sure many people were

  Don't go on a Friday morning. I waited in line for 30 mins and wasn't able to pick up my order. Thankful customer service refunded me. I understand it was a long line but in 30 mins- 3 cars moved.

  I gave this dunkin several chances. Everytime I get an iced coffee it’s DISGUSTING and very watered down. It doesn’t even taste like coffee, it’s straight up water. This was my only complain so far but now I noticed a bug on my food crawling around. It’s so upsetting having to spend money on food that is disgusting. This has been going on for months it’s not even a one time thing. Do not go to this dunkin unless you want water served to you.
