  I’m really not sure how it’s so difficult to keep items stocked, especially if you know those items are high selling.. like coffee milk? Why not just order enough of it? That would probably just make too much sense…

  I have always come here for my coffee and never had an issue but yesterday I was given the most awful tasting coffee I've had in my life. It was so bad, both me and my sister suspected they used spoiled milk.

  I am a regular customer and visit this location almost every morning. My usual order is a medium iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar, along with a chocolate sprinkled donut. Until recently, my experiences have generally been positive. However, my visit today was very disappointing. The overall condition of the store appeared unclean and poorly maintained. Additionally, the employee who took my order, who is typically pleasant, displayed an unprofessional and unfriendly attitude during this visit. Most concerning was the presence of a cockroach coming out of one of the machines while I was waiting for my order. This is a serious sanitation issue and is unacceptable in a food service environment. I value Dunkin’ and have always enjoyed coming here, but this experience has raised significant concerns. I strongly encourage management to address cleanliness standards, employee professionalism, and overall store conditions to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for customers.

  Ordered hash browns and 6 donuts. Got the hash browns then was asked to pull forward to wait for my donuts. Waited 10 minutes. A VERY nice man came out to ask what I was waiting on. I told him, he stated that the drive thru girl told him I already got them. After he could see im my vehicle I had no donuts, he went to fix it. There is no reason I should not have received my pre-made donuts at the window. Also. The bacon is regularly served ice cold. The donuts are melted. Yes. Melted. The guy who made it right was awesome. Wish I got his name so he could be praised!

  The girls who made my coffee today, and the staff there deserve a raise. Job very well done! Very polite and kind, too
