  The service at this location was incredibly slow and disorganized, making for a very frustrating visit. Despite there only being a few customers ahead of me, the staff seemed overwhelmed and lacked any sense of urgency, leading to a long wait for a very simple order. When the items were finally handed over, the quality was disappointing; the food was barely warm and the dessert was already starting to melt, suggesting it had been sitting out for some time. The dining area was also in poor condition, with several sticky tables and overflowing trash cans that made the environment feel unhygienic and neglected. It is clear that better management and more attention to basic cleanliness are needed to provide a decent customer experience. I left feeling like the visit was a waste of time and money due to the poor service and lack of care for the facility.

  I left one star because I had too! I went thru the drive thru I ordered a double cheeseburger meal I asked for my burger well done!! I guess that upset them because they put so much ketchup on it the bun had slid off😳 and it was full of pickles! My fries were cold and greasy!! Never Again🤷🏼 my last review got 10,000 views!! Let's get this one 15,000😘
