We entered the store about 5:15pm and there was one person waiting to order, and a family in front on him getting their meal. We waiting for about 5 minutes we left the store without any food. It appeared that nobody knew what was going on, food bins were empty and nobody was cooking any food. Every table was disgustingly dirty as well. Skip this location and head down to the Perryville location instead. Extremely disappointing experience for a new location.
10/10 customer service. Very warm environment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve had two
terrible experiences at this location, for pickup and delivery. A week ago I placed an order 30 mins in advance for pickup using the drive-thru lane. I was the 3rd car in line and waited an additional 30 minutes. Order was placed at 1:45 for a 2:15 pickup. I showed up to the lane at 2:20 and didn’t get the food handed to me until 2:45. Today I ordered delivery thru the Chipotle app. I was notified by my dasher that the restaurant “didn’t have my order.” How!? It was placed using their app. I tried calling the restaurant, you can’t get thru to a real person, the AI assistant thru the app is useless, I spoke to a support person in what I am assuming was in the Philippines, she couldn’t help me. Finally my useless dasher calls me and says “they don’t have burritos.” What? It’s a burrito restaurant, that’s like if McDonalds ran out of hamburgers, what are we doing here? I ask Mohammad to pass the phone to an employee, he says 50 some orders today have not been made or have been lost in the mix? Idk this has been a terrible experience overall. Chipotle support sucks, the employees are untrained, doordashers seem to have the problem solving skills of a q-tip, and they forgot my drink! I am writing this in hopes that other locals see this and heed my warning, stay away from this location! I am done with Chipotle as a company, guess I’ll get my burritos somewhere else.

It's fine. It's Chipotle but when you open a new location, you gotta hit the ground running. People are going to be harsher because they have built in expectations. Food was alright, but it always sours the whole thing more when you have one person working the hot and cold side but 2-3 people running dishes from the dish pit, that doesn't make any sense with 5-7 people in line. I was waiting to even have my order taken while my girlfriend's was ready and we were paying together so mine was quickly and sloppily thrown together. It's just not efficient

We were so excited to see this new Chipotle opening, because it is closer to our house. But unfortunately, after two visits at this new location-we are out. Our first visit was a disaster. They were out of ingredients and tried to add stuff on that we didn't even ask for, to replace it. Only one salsa, no chips, waiting for proteins to be ready. The portions were very small, as compared to other locations. We guessed it was "new restaurant" issues, and so we waited and tried again. Nope. Second time the portions were again, so small compared to other locations. We will drive the extra ten minutes to the Perryville location from now on. I'm giving 4 stars for the food, as it was cooked, per usual. One star for service and 3 for atmosphere.
