However, I noticed that the staff appeared quite serious during my visit. While they were not rude, there seemed to be a lack of engagement with the customers, indicating that the customer service could benefit from some improvement. Additionally, I found the food portions to be smaller compared to other Chipotle locations in Rockford, as well as those in Chicago. Unfortunately, the bowls did not seem to provide the value I expected at the $12 price point. While I appreciate the efforts of the team, this experience did not align with the standards typically associated with Chipotle. I will return to make a point to return and give it another chance, no doubt. If everything remains the same, I will kindly consider traveling the additional 2-3 miles to the Perryville location.

This time I come in and they have 1 person serving food and cashing customers out, making the wait extremely long. The customer in front of me tried ordering tacos and was told they have no taco shells. Why is this location not up to par??
