  Ordered 2 appetizers. One came with the pizza, one when we were done eating. The pizza was just ok, mozzarella sticks seemed like they were pre-cooked and left sitting in the warmer for hours. The bacon cheddar sticks had mozzarella, not cheddar and maybe 4 bacon bits per piece. My grandson said there was an out of order sign in the bathroom with a puddle of urine under it. And then the carpet! I saw a review from 2(!) years ago about it being sticky. Still is. Like walking on mastick (floor glue). Also tried to charge me soft drink price for water. All in all, very disappointing.

  I go in there about once a month or so, and have great little conversations with a young lady in there while getting my food. Beyond sweet, she helped me with a gift card this time, and my food was absolutely delicious. She seemed to be the only one there with no complaints… name started with an M? Not sure. Seems to be an uncommon spot, at least in the mornings when I go. Maybe when they bring the buffet back they will get some more business

  Tried calling and ordering a pizza and after being on hold for close to half a hour, click a million options on an automated phone system, it connected me to some random indian dude who couldnt understand anything I said and instead of handing the phone to someone else, he placed me back on hold. Apparently pizza hut doesnt want people eating their pizzas.
