  Went out for a business lunch and decided to get Pizza Hut. Beyond disappointed to find out that my order was kept cold like it had just been sitting out, as it ruined the flavor along with my meal and image of this store which sucks cause the next closest is in Iowa…do better

  Ordered at 6:35pm, estimated delivery time 7:12pm. I canceled the order at 8:05pm as they hadn't even started it yet. They lied when I called at 7:30pm saying they were cutting the pizza now. I called at 7:50pm and the manager said the food was ready but there were no Dashers to pick it up. The Dasher was there for 40 minutes! The manager said she was proud of her staff for doing a great job!!!

  We ordered a pizza and were told it would be delivered by 5:00 p\.m\. After waiting, we had to call twice to check on the status of our order\. The first time, we were told the driver was leaving the store and on the way\. After waiting another 20 minutes, we called again and received the same response\. When we questioned the situation, we were told that the order had not actually been assigned to a driver the first time\. We ultimately received our pizza an hour after the promised delivery time, and unfortunately, it was only lukewarm\. We are very disappointed with the service and the lack of communication\. A significant delay can happen, but being given inaccurate information twice made the experience even more frustrating\. We expected much better service.

  New manager is a piece of work, I went for the buffet and the food had clearly been sitting out all morning and not refreshed at all. Told my server and she said the manager won’t refund anything and I didn’t eat anything. This place has really gone downhill I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, the managers name was Viki.
