Past few visits there has been a strong sewer smell in the women's restroom- it's very off putting. One time I understand- bathrooms can be smelly, but it has been several times and it smells like it's from a drain or sink. The bathrooms are dirty on top of that. Tables and high chairs could use some attention as well.
- ITIris TrevinoMay 5, 20261.03 times my order was wrong on 3 different occasions. The first time my order was wrong I asked for it to be remade correctly. The second time they got my order wrong I was missing items my wings were not made and I asked for my whole order be remade correctly since my pizza was going to get cold by the time the wings were done. Both times the manager on shift was Val Jones. This last time same manager on shift my order was missing items. I got home and realized my order was incomplete I went back and they took awhile to give me my missing items. By the time I got back home my food was cold. So I took it back told them I wanted a refund and Val looked at me like I was something out of this planet and told me he couldn’t refund me only credit. He told me I could call the store manager tomorrow and I told him call him now and he refused to do so. As a manager as he states he is he could have addressed the matter differently but I get it I’m not white and I’m an out of towner he gave me that racist look of disgust. This whole situation could have been avoided by giving me my refund and not being judgmental but he refused to. That’s one sorry shift manager !
