  A store for insane people. My grandfather is 79 years old and used to shop at other stores. No one has asked him his age for years because it's embarrassing and a provocation of the manager's amateur experience. Other Binnys stores don't require him to show ID, and what's more, when he buys, he gets a discount. There's some redheaded girl at the register, smarter than anyone, and she's confused that she's anyone important in the store because she looks like a minor and demands ID from serious customers. Pathological behavior... and this manager must have been recently appointed because he couldn't even answer my grandfather's simple questions... It's pathetic how inexperienced a self-respecting store with a good brand of goods must be employed. I DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE DUE TO CONSUMER IMMURABILITY AND LOWER VALUES OF RESPECT FOR THE CUSTOMER AND THE HUMAN BEING!!! Great advice for business owner - change staff ....

  I often visit this store. Today I went there to get beer but I forgot my wallet. At the checkout, a girl with glasses, Ukrainian by nationality, asked me about my ID, I understand that this is such a procedure. I offered to show a photo of my documents on my phone, but she refused. I am 38 years old and I clearly look over 21 and my number is in the database of your stores. I am rarely asked for my ID in this store because I clearly look over thirty, but this time she did not sell me beer. Which I am disappointed with and I think I will avoid this store in the future. She probably just wasn't in the mood and wanted to inconvenience someone in this way. After leaving your store, I went to the Rich store and bought beer without any problems. I understand that there are situations when it is difficult to determine a person's age and this ID verification procedure is definitely necessary, but in my case it looked like I was simply being mocked.

  Some of these odd duty cops that work security here take their job way to serious. Every time you walk in the door you get that " ima a tough guy stare as down" lol
