  The manager that works on the weekends in the morning especially Saturday is so unprofessional very rude and treat others how she feels they should be treated she always gives me an attitude& a hard time I ask for extra napkins and she says there in the bag does she not know what extra means I called 5 minutes after I left because I left my charger there in the outlet and she says shes to busy to grab it and hangs up on me it takes 2 seconds to get it.. she could of said I get it as soon as I can but instead she hang up on me now I'm out of a $30 charger....and she's spouse to be a manager one time I said I was going to make a complaint on her because she's constantly rude to me she don't care.. she thinks because she's a manager and I'm just a customer she can do what she wants and says what she want to who ever and get away with it and I'm not the only person I seen multiple customers for multiple times her treat them the same way something has to be done about her

  I've been coming to this McDonald's for over 20 years. I no longer live near this McDonald's but when I'm close by for work I stop in and see my favorite manager and have my meal which she generally orders for me and I don't have to say what I want. There's been a young male manager, I assume training next to her, for the last several months. I've witnessed his apathetic attitude have conflicts with several customers, maybe coincidentally minority customers. Today I was treated so rudely that I don't know if I'll return to this location. Service with an attitude. He walked away from the line of customers at the cash register when it was my turn to order and did not return for 7 minutes. He challenged my being frustrated and said "can't you see that I'm busy?." I suggested maybe an apology instead of an attitude might be warranted to which he said "I'm not doing that." It went on from there but needless to say this person should not be interfacing with the public. Heads up McDonald's - choose a better representative. I assume your managers are well paid and I personally wouldn't pay an employee for this quality of work.

  As usual the food was tasty and delicious, but the service for this brach was faster than the others.

  They would not give me a cup of water. -I asked if may I please have a cup of water. One employee referred me to another employee...to imply if it would be fine to give me a cup of water. I assumed was the manager. To which I was ignored. I'm not a bum or homeless. Just needed a cup of water because I was dehydrated. It's so sad to experience that. I love McDonald's.
