  I found River Forest jewel/Osco is the worse jewel of all. There staff are non professional, have attitudes and so mean. They won’t even help when you ask questions or wanna find something. I went there Monday the 11th to order my son’s bouquet for the prom, I walked in and say hi to the lady at the florist, and asked her how she doing, and she didn’t respond, she gave me the attitude and asked me “what do you want ma’am? This what she said, she never greets me and give me a warm welcome in, I was not served nice by the florist lady. She was so mean, she didn’t want to give information how the bouquet looks and what kinda flowers I want nothing, but i stayed positive myself i didn’t wanna ruine my day. I will never go back to jewel in River Forest again. Not a great customer service. I forgot the name of the lady, but she kinda look Asian/mexican . She was really rude. I informed the manager in Jewel that same day. My son worked at Jewel in Oak Park, and he served customer with kindness and respect. I hope Jewel in River Forest will teach their staffs and all associates how to be kind and serve customers with respect.

  This store is always crowded, hard to find parking, and the digital coupons often do not work. They are often 'out of stock' of sale items.

  Come in on Mondays get a 8pc bag of chicken for 5.99 with in store app. Download it and save get a bucket of chicken mixed or grilled the jewel app is worth having catch all the sales good people

  I love shopping at the River Forest location. Shout out to Brandon at the Deli counter. I had an order of what amounted to nearly 4 pounds of various deli meats... all SHAVED. Brandon kept it cute and sliced it all with a smile. Yeah, it's his job, but that was a lot. I APPRECIATE YOU BRANDON! 😊

  This Jewel-Osco was my main go-to store for a while. I was able to get almost everything I desired in terms of food. They had a lot of food items that I enjoyed, e.g., grilled chicken, sushi, Silk soy milk, fresh produce. They had meal options that were easy to make, that I could simply stick into a microwave if I desired something quick and convenient. The food tasted good, and I appreciated having self-checkout kiosks. I was also able to get other important items at this store, e.g., toiletries, laundry stuff, paper towels. I appreciated that the store had long hours, which was convenient for me. I also liked that I could track purchases using the Jewel-Osco app. For the area, the store also has a convenient location and a large parking lot.
