  My husband took me to try it for the first time, I was really upset, don’t recommend this location They need to work on costumer service and they need to know how to get organized in the kitchen, they were out of the mains and the toppings literally 2 hours before closing, When they know they expect high peak hours and they have nothing ready In the time I stood in line and ate at least 15 people walked out the store this is not something I expected in my first time trying CAVA they definitely need to be retrained. My food was low in portions and the meatballs were too dry.

  This is my first time here the food is so good. Associates are nice, bathrooms clean, everything just flowed keep up the good work… also,manager Monique jumped in when needed for her lines

  Very friendly staff and helpful. One of the guests has celiac and the employees knew exactly what they needed to do. Very good food and fast service.

  All of them employees were rude, didn’t have anything upcharged for all their missing items, had rude attitudes specially the one with the nose piercing was checking people out with a huge attitude, and manager in charge that day was also rude. Got upset for them only having steak available. Meanwhile we were understanding get better !!!
