  After a hard workout, I decided to treat myself to a free smoothie and order my favorite wrap, the Baja. I chose drive-thru pickup, only to find out after arriving that I actually had to come inside to get my order, which was already inconvenient. Once inside, I waited beyond the stated pickup time for food that should have already been ready. When I finally received my order, my extra salsa was missing. I informed the manager, and instead of simply correcting the issue, he insisted the sauce was already on the wrap rather than acknowledging that I requested extra salsa. After speaking with the young light-skinned Black woman who was making the wraps, I waited another 10 minutes just for a side of sauce. Then I noticed my wrap was missing ingredients, specifically avocado and onions. I brought it back to the manager, who again tried to insist the ingredients were there when they clearly were not. Eventually, they agreed to remake it, which took another 10–15 minutes. When the replacement wrap was handed to me, it was sloppy, falling apart, and overloaded with onions. It looked rushed and carelessly made. To make matters worse, the employee handing me the food had an obvious attitude throughout the interaction. I used to come to this location often, but after the poor customer service, repeated mistakes, long wait times, and lack of professionalism, I will not be returning. I’ll gladly take my business to other Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations that value accuracy and customer service.

  Every time I come to this location the wait times are horrible , the service is horrible and they never give me what I paid for. The first time I waited 25-30 minutes for 2 smoothies with no line. The second time I ordered 3 smoothies got 2 back that I didn’t order and those two were watery and warm. This last time I went I ordered a spinach wrap with no pesto. I got back some disgusting chicken wrap with barely any filling. I’ll never come back to this location the wait times for one smoothie are ridiculous, the staff are uninterested and rude, and they clearly don’t have the basic reading skills necessary to listen and put in the correct order. I feel scammed and irritated I’ll never spend another dime here.

  The negative reviews for this location are unfortunately accurate. Despite having three employees and no line in the dining area or drive-thru, my order took an excessive amount of time. I also observed poor food handling practices, an employee delivered food to another car and returned inside wearing the same gloves, which is concerning. My bowl was placed upside down in the bag, and I was not given a receipt or napkins. When I asked for those items, I was initially ignored, and when I did receive a response, the employee (Quintin) was rude. Overall, the level of service and professionalism does not match the prices being charged. After seeing the condition of the gloves used to prepare and hand off my food, I did not feel comfortable eating my bowl. I would recommend visiting another location.
