    First and foremost, they’re very comfortable going back and forth between handling the register and scooping ice cream. No washing hands in between and no gloves. Sticking their entire head to scoop ice cream without a hair net, just being completed unsanitary. I get my ice cream through the drive through and attempt to eat it when I went home. My daughter opened it and found hair in her ice cream. I went back to request a refund or replacement of pre-packed and was met with pushback as if I was trying to get over on them. The ice cream was not eaten and I returned within a half hour. He then proceeded to advise me to come in the morning to talk to the manager. I told him this is a simple fix, just replace what I bought for the prepacked which is the same price. He still tried to pushback until I asked for corporate number. After a few minutes he went to call the manager, for what I don’t know. You’re a franchisee for a large brand, how do you have your own policies. Nonetheless the woman who packed us the first time, still with no hair net or gloves proceeds to take it upon herself to repack my ice cream, to which I told her that I wanted prepackaged. At this point I’m frustrated and will just handle it with corporate, but I’m good on these franchisees because they’re unsanitary and can understand how to take your money but not how to handle business professionally. I’ll let corporate handle it

    Absolutely terrible I ordered two sweet teas and I’m not even sure what I got, it taste like mop water and the man taking the order was as friendly as the wet rag he rang out to make the tea
