At first, the customer service was great, but the evening crew has changed multiple times and only gotten worse. During my last few visits, I’ve had to ask for my coffee to be remade because it was extremely sweet. A medium normally comes with 3 pumps of sweetener, so I ask for just 1 pump, but it’s always hit or miss. This last visit, I ordered through the drive-thru instead of the app because the app doesn’t allow a half-pump option. I specifically asked for half a pump as suggested. When I got to the window, I could already tell it was too sweet. I tasted it just to make sure, and it definitely was. I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to keep bothering them. The employee told me she couldn’t refund it because I had already tasted the drink. I explained that I had to taste it to know if it was correct. She then said she would get the manager. I went inside because I didn’t feel comfortable having the drink remade without me there if they weren't going to give me my money back. The the other employee inside was nice and agreed to remake it. I don’t think they added any sweetener the second time, possibly out of spite, but honestly, I’d rather have no sweetener than a cup full of sugar. I just wish the coffee was more consistent.
