  I started coming to this location because it was on my way home from work. At first, the customer service was great, but the evening crew has changed multiple times and only gotten worse. During my last few visits, I’ve had to ask for my coffee to be remade because it was extremely sweet. A medium normally comes with 3 pumps of sweetener, so I ask for just 1 pump, but it’s always hit or miss. This last visit, I ordered through the drive-thru instead of the app because the app doesn’t allow a half-pump option. I specifically asked for half a pump as suggested. When I got to the window, I could already tell it was too sweet. I tasted it just to make sure, and it definitely was. I asked for a refund because I didn’t want to keep bothering them. The employee told me she couldn’t refund it because I had already tasted the drink. I explained that I had to taste it to know if it was correct. She then said she would get the manager. I went inside because I didn’t feel comfortable having the drink remade without me there if they weren't going to give me my money back. The the other employee inside was nice and agreed to remake it. I don’t think they added any sweetener the second time, possibly out of spite, but honestly, I’d rather have no sweetener than a cup full of sugar. I just wish the coffee was more consistent.

  This Dunkin is new I. The last year. The owners and staff are very friendly and keep the place very clean. Definitely going to be a big hit when the annual Country Thunder festival comes to town this summer.

  I usually visit this location pretty often however, today my drink had a bit of an aftertaste. After going through the drive-through, I immediately informed the workers that I was not happy with my drink. They refuse to make another one stating they haven’t received any other complaints. However, since I am a customer that comes there often and I had literally just received my drink and wasn’t happy with it. It’s completely unreasonable for them to not be willing to replace the drink. They expected me to pay for another drink, which is giving them twice the money for not good service so that makes no logical sense. I will not be coming back there and I am a local. Hopefully they learn how to treat customers since they are in a bit of a small rural area.

  I went through this dunkin a few times now, and each time ive had zero problems. Donuts were fresh, coffee was perfect, and the staff was great. The wait takes a bit longer, but i believe for the the quality i get for my food and coffee, ill take the extra few minutes.
