  Food is always good. But if there's a tournament in town at the Rantoul Complex, the wait time is absurd. Waited in the drive thru for 20 min for a pick up order.

  This is literally the SLOWEST JJ’s I’ve ever been to, & I hope the staff aren’t given “Freaky Fast” shirts at this location. I worked for JJ’s back in the day & we were timed when we made sandwiches during training. I placed an order for pickup in the drive-thru because I had my baby with me & waited TEN MINUTES before my baby started crying & I had to drive off. The line didn’t move at ALL. Freaky Slow & now I’m hangry 😭 & this isn’t the first time I’ve had an absurdly long wait whether ordering in the drive or waiting to pick up a mobile order that I got a notification it was ready for pickup… insannneeee.
