  8-17-26 6:30 pm Me and my wife pulled up to the drive-thru. Lady took my order. Lady was laughing as she took my order as if she was distracted by someone else. Pulled around Got every part of my wife and I's order wrong. I ordered a double roast beef, received a single. I ordered xl crinkle fry, gave me a large curly fry. My wife ordered a beef n cheddar with no red ranch. They put the red ranch on the sandwich. Also ordered a large meal and received a medium meal. Ordered a cup of cheese, was not in the bag. Ordered peach rolls was not in the bag. NO CARE FOR CUSTOMERS OR THEIR JOBS!! Would rather talk and laugh and goof off/flirt with fellow employees than to do what they are getting paid to do. Horrible place to go out to eat! This Arby's needs a total revamp of employees as this is not the first time that I have been subjected to this behavior from these employees. I hope that you can fire all of these jokers and get some people in here that care about their jobs and the customers! Without customers you would not have a paycheck! I am done spending our hard earned money at this place, just to be disappointed every single time out of disrespect and neglect of caring!

  Thought they were pretty much the same. They are not. Best ARBYS I have ever been to! Awesome staff and perfect food.

  Had a great lunch. Medium beef and cheddar was stacked high. Staff was very polite. Despite the line we walked into, service and delivery was quick.
