  We pulled up to the drive way menu to order ai asked for our order We started giving our order sat there for 12 minutes at the menu board before they game to take the order the tacos were soggy and they forgot our sauces the hard shell taco was soggy the food tasted like it was sitting for along time not hot asked to add something to the order at the window and they said they are not doing it at this time and the slushy machine was on defrost do not recommend

  Order was wrong and was over charged !!! Bathroom was disgusting!!! Manager did seem to give a crap !!! Pee on the floor trash over floor ,food made wrong, and didn't correct the issue of being over charged!!! Would not recommend 😕 will not EVER RETURN .watch your receipts cause they sure don't care to take your,also trash and old food on tables , money for things you didn't order ....fast getting order out but VERY slow correcting there mistakes !!!!! Old food and trash on the tables ,not being cleaned yet more then 10 employees inside with only me and my husband as customers,n9 one in the drive thru either ... should have just left

  They will lock the doors before 8pm and forget half your order from the drive thru. When you call them they will tell you to wait in the line that has 10 people in it. Didnt even apologize.

  I'm done coming to taco bell after this last experience. All of the food was old and needed to be thrown out. Taco meat had black crust, dehydrated, and old. Chalupas were hard. Rice tasted old and off. Do not recommend coming as you will probably get food poisoning.

  You can expect your food to be made poorly, with missing or wrong ingredients, and that's if you manage to get everything you ordered. Both Taco Bells in Quincy suffer from the same problems.
