  Absolutely horrible - waited in drive thru 10 minutes no service. Went to car hop, waited 10 minutes no service. Went back to drive thru, had to go up to the window and they informed us that they couldn't take our order as they were too busy.

  Ordered some ice cream & a slushie from Sonic for pick up. Get there and everything is sitting out on a hot counter, melted. They refused to make new ones. Who lets slushies and ice cream sit out in the heat to melt? Do they not have a freezer to hold these types of items? I walked out with nothing and they got my $ because no one there was interested in helping resolve the situation, one of the employees there had a serious attitude problem saying she can’t do anything about it, it’s above her and it’s an issue to take up with the owner. The owner lives in Arkansas…what’s he gonna do? Rant ove
