  Ordered some ice cream & a slushie from Sonic for pick up. Get there and everything is sitting out on a hot counter, melted. They refused to make new ones. Who lets slushies and ice cream sit out in the heat to melt? Do they not have a freezer to hold these types of items? I walked out with nothing and they got my $ because no one there was interested in helping resolve the situation, one of the employees there had a serious attitude problem saying she can’t do anything about it, it’s above her and it’s an issue to take up with the owner. The owner lives in Arkansas…what’s he gonna do? Rant ove

  Sonic you need to up your game. It should not take someone 20 minutes in the drive through to get your food. I had to leave and was unable to get my food for work
