- SJSusan JohnsonJun 5, 20261.0waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for a coffee that was completely wrong. when i went inside to tell them, the lady walked away in the middle of me speaking. when she came back she slammed the coffee on the counter in front of me and walked away. the coffee was still incorrect. she only spoke to tell me my order total. no “have a nice day” no “im sorry it was wrong, let me fix it” she didn’t even smile. she was rude and got annoyed when i was only trying to get the correct order. will not be returning here again. you guys should be embarrassed.

THIS Dunkin’ Donuts is the worst I’ve ever been to when it comes to customer service. They do not put the customer first at all. I have taken a while to write this after many many issues with Dunkin but today was just the last straw. I went in this morning to get DONUTS. Already made donuts. When I walked in the staff immediately said it’s going to be awhile we are working on drive thru. I let her know I just needed donuts and that was it. She continued to tell me basically that my needs were not a priority and she could not take probably 2-5 minutes in taking my order and boxing DONUTS. I seriously cannot stand the customer service industry anymore. When I worked fast food years ago we always helped and put priority the people that came inside and taking aside a couple minutes to box donuts would not have been a problem. People make the easiest of jobs so hard. I ended up not getting anything from Dunkin today….
