- AJArron Johnson-WrightJul 22, 20264.0I stopped in today and ordered the Torta with chicken, an 8 oz guacamole, and a strawberry Dubai Chocolate cup. The torta was amazing! The portioning on the meat was on the light side but the flavor was truly amazing and u thoroughly enjoyed it. They offered two spicy salsas on the side, which both were very good and offered the right amount of heat. The guacamole was okay. The tomatoes were chopped very uneven and were more so large chunks, and the onion overpowered the rest of the guacamole, but the chips had a level of salt that went perfect with the guacamole. The Dubai Chocolate cup was absolutely astounding. The strawberries were fresh and the chocolate and kunafa was great. The layering of the kunafa could have been more even but that’s nitpicking and I don’t want to take away from how delicious this was. I spent $41 on all 3, which isn’t bad considering the quality of the torta and the Dubai Chocolate cup, but may not be in your budget. I dined in and my only regret was not trying a michelada! Next time. Visit Jellys for a unique, sweet treat or savory experience. Shoutout to the cook and to the nice young lady who was helpful.
