  Explained to me how this restraunt got a whole new rewards system over a year ago and this owner can't even get the updated system like thanks to them nit having the right system we couldn't redeem our points

  The food board shows the price of a medium shake is 4.69. I questioned the attendant why I was being charged 5.73. Th attendant, who appeared to be a manager and is working regularly responded I don’t know probably tax. I stated there is not a dollar tax on a 4.69 milkshake. She became belligerent and said do you want your shake or your money back. I stated I would like clarification as to the price. Her continued belligerent response was I only work here and and too busy for your problem, take your change and go. Really, all I wanted was clarification or I will have the owner look at the pricing, not the attitude I got.

  there’s a blonde lady with long hair and glasses that was working the window tonight. she took my coupon with my gift card to pay for my order. she charged me for the full amount but kept the coupon when she didn’t take any amount off for keeping the coupon she kept. she gave me the wrong item then told me they didn’t even have the item i ordered and paid for already. this all happened because she was not paying any attention to her job and was talking to her coworker, who was sitting down at the drive thru register. really disappointed in the service here.

  First time going to this DQ restaurant. Decided to go to drive through to get dinner before going home, glad I did. The service was great. Order chicken strip baskets and shakes. Everything was great as hoped.
