  This Taco Bell is terrible. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience here. The first time, I placed an online order and drove there to pick it up. When I arrived, the employee told me it would take another 30 minutes because their equipment wasn’t ready. I asked them to cancel the order, but I still haven’t received my refund. Taco Bell’s support states that canceled orders should trigger a refund, yet I’m still waiting. (Taco Bell) Today, I decided to give them another chance. I sat in the drive-thru for 5–10 minutes before finally reaching the speaker, only to be told they wouldn’t be taking any orders for at least another 30 minutes. How does a fast-food restaurant repeatedly stop taking orders for half an hour at a time? Between the missing refund and the wasted trips, this location has completely lost my business. Extremely disappointing customer service and poor management.

  Absolutely HORRIBLE service. I PLACED MY ORDER AT THE DRIVE-THRU and also had a mobile pickup order. They made me circle around, and when I came back, Melissa refused to give me EITHER order through the drive-thru and told me I had to come inside. It was HEAVILY POURING RAIN and I HAD A CHILD WITH ME. I explained that I had my kid in the car, but there was zero consideration. There wasn’t even another car in the drive-thru! WHAT IS THE POINT OF A DRIVE-THRU if I place my order there and you still force me to park, take my child out in pouring rain, and come inside to get my food? Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Zero consideration and completely unacceptable. ZERO STARS.

  I absolutely love tacobell!! Tonight, I ordered food for my daughter and it was done on time and perfect. I’m also pregnant so the manager Miyesha was absolutely amazing and gave me a large pineapple freeze for free since it’s my craving!! Absolutely 10/10!! She is seriously an awesome Manager!!

  I almost got into a fist fight with one of the workers because he called me a fatass and that he always sees me here. It was the first time I ever went here.

  This place plays games and is not friendly. They also do not follow up on complaints. I placed an order through the app for pickup in the drive through. There was an item we wanted that was not available in the app. When we arrived, we found the item was available. They said we could not place another order while picking up our app order and that we would have to drive around and wait in line again to order the additional item. What a bunch of BS. On top of that we paid extra for sour cream on one of our items and it didn't have any. I tried to make a complaint online and called in for the manager to resolve this and never received a follow up from anyone.
