  If I could give a negative rating for service, I would. Absolutely despicable behavior by the “manager” (tall big black lady) after I waited 55 minutes for a mobile order including 20minute in the drive thru. Not only are they rude but they also are incredibly slow and incompetent, always getting the orders wrong. The experience was so bad, I will take the time to lodge a complaint with corporate and other business regulators. Just a horrendously run location.

  I came to pick up my order, but the female cook started insulting me and saying all sorts of vulgar things. Your employees don't know how to talk to customers—it's just awful.

  The shift leader(tall black woman) whom i made a complaint on before i guess wanted to retaliate made my sister and I so uncomfortable last night! We see the tall black lady look at us and roll her eyes asking the young employee "what do they want? With her back turnt and my sister says I'm waiting on my other order, she ignores my sister for the first time. I see them talking and she approaches us at the kiosk. Our encounter with her last night was her walking up saying move from right here(I was standing on the side of the kiosk because there were so many people waiting for their orders! I didnt know she was talking to me) she looks over my sister to ask a customer behind her what did they order? Then with her hand almost in my sister face she ask what did she want and my sister says im still waiting on my other order and she gave off this attitude like we did something wrong! She had the nastiest attitude and when I asked was she ok? She claims the young employee accused us of saying something to the young employee (which i did not!) She got even more attitudinal! My sister asked for her name so she can contact corporate she acted as if she didn't hear my sister so my sister asked again no answer so my sister asked did you hear me? She says while rolling her eyes "I heard you!" We kept asking her what was the problem and she wouldn't give a answer so I asked you must remember me from me from last time I was here? Thats when she grabs the phone to call the police! I asked her to give us our money back and she proceeds to say I will not and to do it on the app! We waited for the police to come so we can get a report they talked to us and handled the situation professionally! She had us banned on a no trespassing order! I have not been to this location in months so it shocked me that she held on to animosity for 3 months to try to make me feel like crap because I made a complaint to corporate about the last terrible experience I had a few months back! She is a terrible reflection on your company! From what I hear that location has very poor reviews and scoring due to the terrible customer service and service overall!!! I would like for the district manager our someone higher up to reach out to me because I am not taking this lightly! I have video footage as well as you all camera system! This ruined our evening big time because we have never been treated like this ever!

  There's literally no taco bell at this location. It's a McDonalds. Very annoying they didn't update their Google account.
