  How is it that I order online 25 minutes prior to arriving for a meal box just to end up not being able to get my order on time and then asked to wait another 15 minutes with no one else in line. How is any of this acceptable. Please explain this

  This location is so bad! They get every order wrong every single time which is insane considering it’s the wait time is a minimum 20 minutes for a small 1-2 person order and they always make you pull around and wait. After pulling around and waiting longer, they gave me the wrong order, took it back and over to the next car and gave it to them (gross!) and then I had to wait even longer for my actual order. Everybody working here has to be extremely high 100% of the time because nothing logically explains why everything is terrible.

  Corporate Taco Bell should really investigate this location. The female manager who seems to be there all the time is running this location into the ground. Ordered about once a week and every single time, something was missing, some instruction wasn’t followed. Finally sick of it, I took my wrong order in (added onions and jalepenos to the order which were missing with the tomatoes that should have been there as they were supreme). The manager goes “no I made these,” “they’re only missing tomatoes” WITHOUT looking at what I received. So you already knew you made them wrong before giving them to me?! And now want to office that half of them aren’t missing the onions. She gave so much attitude for asking for them to be remade. I can’t ever order here again, go to a different Taco Bell this has to be the worst one on the planet.

  I asked for the new passion fruit frozen fresca. They changed it to a different drink. Twice I told them that was not the right drink. Manager proceeded to state "that's not what she ordered but ok" loud enough for us to hear in lobby. Handed my, now correct, drink at me. Proceeded to talk bad about customers as I was leaving. The workers are very rude. It is very unwelcoming in there. Highly suggest going to other Taco Bells. Food was cold.

  Very disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, and it felt like nobody was paying attention to customers. There was a clear lack of professionalism and respect from several employees, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Management seriously needs to address the attitudes of some staff members and improve customer service overall. If you don’t enjoy working with people, this may not be the right job for you. Customers shouldn’t have to wait hours for orders while dealing with poor attitudes. I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend this place based on my experience. Hopefully they make some improvements. Food: 1/5 | Service: 1/5 | Atmosphere: 1/5
