For the first time ever I have found a HORRIBLE Portillo's location that constantly screws up the orders, DOESN'T EVEN MAKE RIBS IN PLAINFIELD!!, its a shame how different sevice here vs EVERY OTHER LOCATION AROUND HERE CAN RUN CIRCLES AROUND THEM. damn shame a disgrace to the Portillo's name. I've been here multiple times, multiple various times and still same screw ups! I really wanted this business to succeed and unfortunately it probably will will close down if they don't fix this trash service. Come here if you want a mystery surprise of less food and ingredients then any other Portillo's!! Smh

Got a beef sandwich that had very little beef on it. Looked like the size of a hotdog. Although it was still good, extremely disappointed with the size of the sandwich. Never seen one with such little beef on it.
