- JSJulia SwansonMay 8, 20262.0Overall, the wait in the drive-thru wasn’t bad considering it was a Friday night. However, the girl at the window seemed to have very poor customer service skills. I understand being busy, but at least pretend to be nice… Also, my milkshake was completely watery and tasted more like flavored milk than a milkshake. Very disappointing.

The manager JASON crashed out yelling at my wife in the drive thru about how he had a “long day” scooping ice-cream and doing his job. When I was told about the incident, I called and asked for the manager. Once he told me he was the manager, I asked him about the incident and he proceeded to hang up on me. My wife came to this establishment after a 12 hour shift as a nurse. Very unprofessional and would like to speak with corporate about the matter. I will never visit this location AGAIN. Update: after I called MANY times to get the name of the manager I received a phone call from local PD and they said the manager called them stating I was harassing with phone calls. So manager was “busy” but was able to file a complaint to the police as opposed to speaking with me over the phone and telling me his name so I could let corporate know. I was not disrespectful nor did I yell or curse I simply asked about it the incident and he hung up on me. COWARD
