Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. Raid, who identified himself as the manager, took my order at the drive-thru. I clearly ordered three hash browns, a Sprite, and hotcakes, and he repeated my order several times. When I received my food, the hotcakes were missing. Instead of correcting their mistake, I was told I had to drive all the way around and get back in line because there were other cars waiting. I asked for a manager, and Raid said, “I’m the manager.” That made the experience even worse. If you’re the manager, you should lead by example, listen carefully, take accountability, and fix your mistake without inconveniencing the customer. Raid, clean your ears, improve your listening skills, and do better. Customers shouldn’t have to waste more of their time because you failed to listen after repeating the order several times.Very disappointing experience at McDonald’s. The store Manager is having the employees cheat out or our money , I asked for a order of bacon on the side after ordering a big breakfast with hot cakes, they give me one slice of bacon broken into two small pieces , and I should have gotten two strips of bacon, full strips, they charge about 3 to 4 dollars for those strips of bacon that comes in twos, so we are paying for something we are not getting , then I call and speak with a manager , she tried to help me , while explaining to me there is nothing she can do about it, and that part is understanding, because it's the store manager and there policy, if I am going to pay that amount and get half , I might as well buy a store pack for that price . They need to be reported , because most likely they are over charging their customers for things other restaurants are not . This is a franchise restaurant. Make sure you get what you pay for .
